A lot of my editing is on projects I am working with the director and they are accessing the file, making changes to it, and sending it back to me to pick up from where they left off. The first is that you need to be working on what everyone else is working on. If you are a professional then there are two reasons why you need CC 2021. I mean it depends on if you are a hobby user or a professional. Sure, if you're just slapping together some basic 1080p videos CS6 is still perfectly capable, but Like I said though, 9 years of improvements you're missing out on!
Nobody develops plugins or addons for CS6 anymore. Support for After Effects MOGRTs for templated graphics. if you're a professional you won't be able to work with other businesses that are using the current software. Productions feature for large, complicated projects and collaborative editing. Niche features like automatic transcription and auto-reframe for socials. 
CC has essential sounds and graphics workspaces that are useful for fast-turnaround jobs, including useful features like audio ducking.CC's multicam workflow is on a totally different level to the dumpster fire that it was in CS6.
CC supports resolutions greater than 4k (and CS's support of 4k is not ideal due to the aforementioned lack of codec support). CC has a native proxy workflow which is absolutely vital for 4k editing. CC has native support for modern camera formats like XAVC and various professional raw formats. CC has much wider codec support, especially in terms of professional codecs like ProRes and DNx. CC has significant optimizations in the rendering engine, back when we transitioned from CS to CC, CC exported the same projects literally 10 times faster on the exact same hardware. There's so much that it's too numerous to list, you're asking for a breakdown for 9 year's worth of improvements and features.
